There is also 1435 Mayflower Drive, a 7 bedroom residential asking $2,850,000 after 34 days on market, reduced from $2,998,000. Looking at the wider market, 19 new listings came on while 61 sold in the last 30 days at a median sold price of $1,335,000. Those sold homes spent a median of 8 days on market before selling, while current inventory sits at a median of 31 days on market. That contrast shows that while fresh homes are selling quickly, overall inventory is holding steady at 321 homes for sale.
